Ribbons, ribbons and more ribbons..
Today the making is coming together, our ribbon boards are painted and we've stuck velcro to hundreds of ribbons.. our buckets are labelled ready to collect as much money as possible tomorrow!
We are Kingston University Graphic Design students raising money on World Aids Day for Wola Nani, a South African Aids charity.
With nearly 6 million people infected with HIV, South Africa has more HIV+ individuals than any other country.
What is Wola Nani?
Wola Nani, Xhosa for 'we embrace and develop one another,' was established in 1994 as a non-profit organisation to help bring relief to the communities hardest hit by the HIV crisis. Your donations will support society's most vulnerable members, through counselling and skills training, helping people with HIV help themselves.
Only through education, awareness of HIV amongst the wider community can the culture of silence surrounding HIV be broken. Visit the Wola Nani website for more information
Wola Nani is a Section 21 Company Registration No 94 07488/08 Fundraising No 08 800996 000 8 PBO Registration No 18/11/13/786
